Varied Grain Bowl

This ash bowl is 12 inches diameter and 3 1/2 inches deep. It makes a fine salad bowl for 2 to 4 people or a nice fruit bowl to accent a table. The grain and color changes of the ash really catch your eye. This graceful bowl is finished with mineral oil that is rubbed and sanded into the wood. It is then dried and coated with a mixture of mineral oil and beeswax, and buffed to give it a soft glow. Ash bowls run from $20 for a 6" bowl to $150.00 for a 15" bowl.

Open Segmented Vase

This unique 4 1/2 x 5" diameter open segmented vase is really a prize piece. The vase consists of black walnut, and maple pieces glued together in a design and turned to about 3/16" thick. These ten rows of twelve segments are a class act. With a votive candle inside it will cast a lovely shadow in any room. Prices start at $200.

This is an 8 x 4" elm vase, hollowed out to about 3/16" wall thickness. The design shows off the fine color and contour of the grain. It looks spectacular when filled with flowers or just plain on a fireplace mantle or dining table. Prices for vases start at $80.00, depending on the size of the piece and material.

This is a 13" diameter by 5"h bowl with an orange peel band added for highlight. This light colored varied grain bowl is a rare find and one that anyone would like to show off with fine furniture. It features a high gloss carnauba wax finish. This bowl sells for $145.

This handsome 10" pepper mill would dress up any table. It is made of black walnut, maple, ash, oak, birch and teak which are laminated together and then cut on a diagonal. It has a nice, easy grip and features a deluxe grinding mechanism. These multi-wood 10" pepper grinder sells for $110.00.

This curly maple bowl has an 8" diameter and is 2 1/2" high. It is a honey of a dish with just light curly bars to highlight the varying colors of this wood. This piece sells for $65.00.

This 10 1/2"L x 8 1.2"w x 3 1/2" diameter live edge butternut dish is one that you will admire for years. This rare wood was the staple nut for the early northern settlers. It is hard to find and is in limited sizes and quantity. It has a beautiful grain and a very pleasing color. Prices run from $40 for a 6" to $160 for a 12" long bowl.
